  • Developed and maintained customer-facing connectivity portals and supporting services, translating requirements into features and clearer user journeys.
  • Worked across C#/.NET, Angular, TypeScript and SQL; reviewed code, improved legacy components and supported junior engineers.
  • Contributed to automated delivery, service monitoring, testing and security improvements in a cloud environment.
