Work on a visit, at a site or on the road needs a different interface from an office dashboard. I design mobile workflows around the information staff need at that moment and the records the office needs afterwards.
When it helps
For teams collecting information away from a desk, replacing paper forms or working through unreliable connectivity.
The right approach could be a mobile web application, a Power App or an installed app. Device access, distribution, existing accounts and support needs guide that choice. Offline recording, camera access and location capture are scoped and tested where required; they are not assumed to work on every device.
A clear handover
The proposal sets out supported devices, training, permissions and how updates will be delivered. Ongoing maintenance and any platform licences are agreed separately.
